snookems, I would not advise anyone on how to play this, however that said I feel there is a great opportunity here.
First I will not make any move until they publish the actual pps they are receiving from the sale of assets, the .003 has been announced as the minimum figure, I will take their word on that as to date, they have not wavered on that amount.
They mentioned liquidation of all assets, yet they seem to be indicating that they will continue to trade, as they have mentioned getting financial's ready to become fully reporting and going back to the OTCBB, (That also remains to be seen).
If that is indeed the plan then they will need a shareholder base for liquidly, so I don't see them doing anything to disrupt shareholder confidence that they have been trying to achieve as of late.
That news release indicated to me that they are now negotiating from a possession of power, I have no idea how that occurred but nevertheless they now seem to be in the drivers seat, where in the past they were beholding to other entities, but whatever happened, the company now seems to be in full control of the process.
The tough part about the share trading is how and when to sell, I would say if the company keeps their word and keeps us FULLY informed on the sale process, that will allow us to make the right decisions.
I'm looking forward to receiving the value/cash as promised and if the company follows thru on the path they seem to be on, I will ride with them, and if cash is granted to us on this asset sale I will invest further into whatever they have down the road.
Least we forget that there are heavy insiders that hold a great deal of stock in FFGO, so we all have a great deal to gain.IMO
