Guys I emailed Karen there Investor Relations person and she responded below. At least its something.

There has not been a lot of information to give out, unfortunately.

In regards to the BTU situation, as you know from previous emails, our operator, TMD Energy, has informed us that very significant progress has been made and that gas production should resume sometime in the new year. Once we have confirmation from Citizen's Gas, we will issue a PR with the timing.

There is limited oil production, but as MGLG is not a filing company at this point, I do not have any figures that I can give you at this time.

According to published reports, once the necessary reviews and approvals are complete, construction of the gas-powered energy plant is expected to begin in 2010, with full capacity availability in 2012 - I have not seen any official notification that it has started yet. This is a tremendous opportunity for producers in the area, and Magellan is certainly planning on being part of it.

Management is working with legal counsel on the stock issue and have informed me that as soon as there is something tangible to report, they will issue a PR.

The stock is still trading on a paper basis - however, some firms will not trade it on this basis, which may be the case with your broker.
