BlackRock Increases Stake In Infineon To 5.05% Stake

FRANKFURT (Dow Jones)
U.S. investment group BlackRock Inc. (BLK) now owns a 5.05% stake in German chip maker Infineon AG (IFNNY, IFX.XE), the company said Wednesday.

According to Infineon, BlackRock exceeded the 5% threshold on Jan. 20.
