"People in the know" know that the stock is not going anywhere soon. Hence they box the price between 0.0004 and 0.0005

Short sell at 0.0005 and buy back at 0.00003 and 0.0004

that's a 25% gain on the money.

At some point, Brian says "do what you have to do" until I have all my ducks aligned. "Once I am ready to talk, we can get back to business". Then the stock starts moving up.
