They obviously have some promoters on this blog..


An appproval to build with out knowing conditions of approval, is just PR work.

and without contracts, signed and sealed is still all talk.

The only agreements in place are studies.

Besides Russian Investors blog says they failed to perform on the only contract they had.

Not saying it is a dog, or not worth the shot.

If it does not make a push today. Then a real agreement is the only hope.
