I received an e-mail from Deirdre Baker last night with regard to my inquiry about when the Annual report is due to be filed. Here is her response. Now everyone please mark your calendar accordingly.
Dear George,
BioShield Technologies, Inc. will file its Form 10-KSB by September 30,
2002. We are required to file within 90 days of closing our fiscal year
which ended on June 30, 2002.
