MY GOD LOOK AT THE HOLDING PATTERN 71% holding of all directors as a group,and many posting here have been proved wrong read my earlier posts i was saying the Manatuck shares wee just changing hands and that shows in their still holding,further SOCIOUS is also willing to subscribe when the management holds 71% that means the shares in public are very low and that adds to possibility that Socious might subscribe to at 135% premium as they had mentioned in previous PR.
