I visited there prior office down in San Diego and it was in the back of a "Hotel NoTell" type place utilizing a strip of offices shared by other LLC like accountants, Ambulance chaser firms an the like. The names on some of the buildings matched the last names of one of the two San Diego lawyers. Honestly, the feeling I got when I was walking around was "Nigerian Scam" type thing based on what I was seeing.
I visited the lawyers and they politely declined to answer any questions. I witnessed multiple reverse splits and luckily exited my position with only a 1K loss mostly in transaction fees.
This stock is not worth the gamble. But 2011 or 2010 Leap options on one of the big banks and roll the dice that way. The irony of the situation is that they only way it will take off is if a whole bunch of suckers pump money into it so they have capital to launch. The problem though is that there are a handful of original investors that are just dumping their shares as soon as they can in order to liquidate their positions. Unless a Heavy Hitter joins the group, don't touch it.
Just my opinion
