I understand that but their 3rd Q report was out in Nov.

Now, unless they are going to write up 13 pages on the Beckman deal or go in to details on the delay of RT, I do not see what would take that much longer for the full year.

Lets get the bad news "09" out of the way then move forward with the 1st Q 2010 report that might be able show some prelim trial/sub numbers while working on the best of recent events. (greased pig syndrome?) I hope they are not trying to create a full year 09 report mixed with 2010 news. The old "as of this day" story.

( side note, the June and Sept reports were what seemed amature'ish... So I guess I should prob. wait for something written a bit better)
