midtieroil, it may not be a dilution of our ERHE shares but it's definitely a dilution of our assets which ties directly to the value of our ERHC shares. That is, forming a new company that will own certain assets, that could have been ERHE assets, is just another type of dilution.

Instead of telling me I'm wrong like your do everybody else, just read the following and think about it hard for 2 minutes... ERHC Energy forms a new company called Company X. ERHC Energy owns 60% of the Company X... Some other company, owns 40% of Company X.... Bingo, you just diluted the assets of all the ERHC Energy shareholders by giving 40% to somebody else (probably Chrome or Starcrest or some means to get SEO money).

It's no different than when SEO formed Starcrest overnight... That OPL 291 or whatever the number was, should have been an asset of ERHC Energy shareholders. Instead, SEO formed Starcrest and partnered with Addax..... This was done so SEO and friends could pocket millions. So we (ERHE shareholders) missed out on that huge asset...

I've held ERHC for almost 5 years but now even I'm sick of our managment's crap.. Please Chevron, Sinopec, Petrobras, anybody, give me $5/share and you can have all of my shares.
