Teamlasvegas: Thanks for the real estate links. I like your taste in homes. I purchased a single family home in Northern Virginia four years ago and it's turned out to be one heck of an investment. The housing market here is absolutely out of control. I really feel bad for people that are in the market now as the builders are robbing people blind in my opinion.

Let's hope that PRRM afford many people the opportunity to purchase that dream retirement home.
