Gold Monkey... PHXI's O/S is higher than what you've posted on the board. Check the latest 10Q--end of September it was 29 million shares. I've heard it's currently 32 million. Someone posted I believe on RB within the last week an O/S of 35 million. Given that someone was selling yesterday, it's possible that the O/S is now even higher? Probably worth asking Jim Tilton for the latest O/S and float. Too bad we don't have a phone number for the transfer agent.
