it is because of short selling. the short selling rule reinstated by the SEC will go in effect in 60 days (from feb 24th, i think) then MMs will have 6 months to comply. this is a great thing for a company like SYMW who is getting shorted. i just hope that the PPS jumps and screws who ever is shorting this stock.(just bitter and wish my pockets were deeper.)
