Reply to Chris JP (2/27/10- increase decrease pricing, dumping) At the time you mention this occurring a few things happened 1) Papa got on a few boards/sites that are notorious for day trading, quick hitters. 2) Hill Thompson one of the larger OTC Market Makers went out of business, at that time UBSS became very active, not really having the inventory they in turn sell stock/fill orders,when they in fact have no inventory or not enough (Short Sell). Then back fill their inventory at a much lower cost (same day - 1 day to cover Shorts now applies). 3)Etrade (ETMM) was never a Market Maker in the Pink Sheet arena, as a matter of fact if you wanted to buy a Pink put an order (electronically) thru them your order would not execute, you have to literally phone them and request your order to be executed/filled. They like UBSS had no inventory to start, how the got it is previously explained here in. Papa is a growing entity that will evolve over time, Patience is a virtue for long term Investors.
