I'm a bit confused? In the Sep. 2007 filing, RCCH (as every company does) expensed their lease. I guess I'm wondering how they could expense their lease for the period ending Sep. 2007 when they didn't pay their lease for that period? I'm also wondering why they wouldn't disclose this lawsuit in that filing? Also wondering what all the legal fees were for? Were they for the lawsuits that weren't disclosed? Accounting fees? $300k for desks and chairs? All added to the stockholders deficit payable to Gene Newton? $883,000 worth. Was the Regdex filed in Sep 08 in order to pay Mr. Newton? Any help would be great! LMFAO
