Reply to Kitt (2/1/10)Papa Bello is becoming a holding Co. as stated, a minature version of Yum Brands so to speak. Both acquisitions, and now LOI a third are all profitable and in the black ! This only adds to Papa's bottom line as far as assets, sales/revenue, and earnings immediately, making Papa's bottom line that much more attractive. Again you are incorrect to assume Papa will go away, nothing could be further from the truth as they intend to brand each concept regionally.
