so googled fed appeals. with no concrete answer. so call a lawyer friend. if lucky 6 months to years for the judge to come to a decision. so that would put us between june 2010 and old age retirement farm.
I think the FDA will want to stretch this one out.
instead of trying to ban the ecigs just regulate the strength of the nicotine in each ecig with in a given guideline.

i have read where with a batch label mild, bottles may range up to 4X the amount of nicotine but are label the same.
