the O/S far far far exceeds the 722 million in the last filing ..
RME most likely has sold out most if not all of its shares and no telling how many shares the company has issued since one year ago

NSS .. I won't comment on because its 100 % speculation .. and all penny stocks claims massive NSS .. and usually they're the ones causing the problem from scamming and lying about the stock
