January sales exceeded $127,000 eclipsing 09's sales by over 14% and beating 07's previous best by 11%. February's $178,000 in sales blew away the previous February record by 23%.

Retail sales led the record setting pace with internet sales enjoying a year to year increase of 70% in February.
