We just don't know when judgment comes and there is no more "I mean it this time.. I'm going to rule."

I want to note that I do not fault the judge at all, in fact I think she has handled everything expertly. Delays are caused by the attorneys and often for good reason. It is only us on the outside that get antsy because we are not privy to the internal mechanics and progress. This is why I have been extremely patient since '08 and I will continue to be patient.
