It was a recommendation in the past. When you deal penny stocks, it is hard to call runners 100% of the time.

Why the panic now? Because it is a T/A nightmare. Frequently, stocks that are T/A nightmares are such because of dilution. It dropped right through the MA50 and MA200 (not to mention any previous supports in that stretch) without any hesitation.

He did not say he is going to dump it now. He is going to wait for a spike. So, he isn't panicing...he is just not happy about the clear as day dilution going on.
