As I understood, Chin is CEO of DBYC and not of PTSh anymore. Plz correct me if I'm wrong.
And I guess so, Chin is optimistic to get the approval. But the question is;

as aspired onto the OTCBB
or
as compromise onto Pinksheets



I would not wonder, if he would be satisfied with pinksheets after all vainly attempts,...
But let us hope so, the OTCBB is still the goal,..
