I disagree. It is not management. With an exodus of staff, reduced wages across the board and YA's ever increasing and tightening grip on GnA, NeoMedia simply doesn't have the sales staff for what you are claiming. NeuStar is a agent in the licensing arena - we get that. But the days of Rick Szatkowski, Corey Chiu and Travis Low are long gone.
Addiionally, I'm not claiming "rescue". I'm claiming an immenent sale as opposed to continued runway funding. The IP is worth more in the hands of a larger, well seasoned, well connected PWC player than it is with hedge fund who is calling all the shots, as YA is not in the business of building businesses - but funding them at a premium cost to the public shareholder.
