Most of you are not paying attention.

The case of Tronox Vs Fitzgerald will be coming to a point soon where a settlement will be reached with Fitzgerald's estate.

I believe this settlement will be in the hundreds of millions $$$.

Currently there is 1.5 B$ being held by state of Washington pending the outcome of this case of fraud on the sale of the Goldstike mine lands in Neveda dating back to late 1980's'

When, not if, this happens Tronox will benefit considerably from these proceeds as I am sure the CSH's of Tronox...........

Projection on timming is mid to late March 2010 perhaps into June for settlement.......

So if I were a shareholder what what I be doing if I knew this to be all true???
