steal: Keeping shareholders informed and issuing PRs is not the same thing.

Hop-On issued three PRs covering the exact same thing...one court's decision regarding the FDA and e-cigs.

Did shareholders need to read about that THREE times? Or was that for drawing in new bagholders?

They saw how much action they got from the first one, so they did it again and again.
