Funny you should mention it; RT was very enthusiastic about the upcoming conference in Anaheim....I forgot 2 ask if he'd be there but I wouldn't doubt it.....his office isn't very far from there.

To my knowledge , "audited" financials are 'always' the preferred & definitive filing. I believe there are criminal penalties (perjury for one) for disseminating false information in an 'audited' financial whereas , criminal intent is harder 2 prove in an 'un-audited' filing. I'm sure somebody will be more than glad 2 correct me if I'm wrong on that.
