2 is impossible because of the JV with Homeland and the case that Berlin is currently an open matter.

I actually suspect that the shorting is momentum trading- in other words the recent downward trend is being used a predictive tool. Some people trade just on this- upward momentum= buy- downward equals sell.

Sometimes the simplest explanations are the truth.
