ks, you make good points. All small businesses in particular depend greatly on outside sources to accomplish their goals and many times the outsourcers are to blame. As to AAPL, I'm sure Cupertino ramped up the original production orders after seeing the iPad response and the producers cried Whoa! we're at max capacity now!
