I did some visual comparison of the revised doc to the original. Only differences I noticed were on page 10-11. They added Public float numbers. and on page 35 added a heading, and inserted text on y/e 08-09 company incurred losses. IMO cosmetic changes.

I believe the Attorney will have to issue another certification letter before they proceed with removing the CE.
