The lack of financials is a serious concern. It is something that all trgd shareholders should be worried about. I couldn't be happier with the progress that has been made (under the Tarm entity), BUT without proper financials, there is a cloud over trgd and it makes me nervous. it should make all trgd shareholders nervous and probably explains why the guessed at spread is so large between the 2 entities. Using very basic math and using the outstanding share count that we (hope?) is correct, trgd should be at least $0.45 higher. It's volume is signficantly higher so it's not lack of trading. Something's not right.
