IMO it looks like OFFER and company are trying to get ALL of the agreements in order before drilling disclosure or any news announcements. Drilling disclosure delay is the only thing that baffles me, to me it must be something bigger than just good drill results...At this point they have their EEZ selections, know the drill results, ??? IMO Someone is going to make ERHE a part of their company, maybe a Subsidiary of a larger company. IMO this will still give a Nigerian face for any future deals.
