There supposedly is a class action lawsuit involving several companies suing pinksheets.com for market manipulation. Claiming that since they can put on a skull and crossbones without notice, it creates an immediate benefit for the shorts. As well as claiming that pinksheets.com is hurting the companies efforts to raise money, obtain credit, etc.
