The beginning of another month and more of the same...

Since I have already been labeled here I will not try and be polite but instead just be BLUNT!!!

March will NOT be your month, May is the earliest and most likely it will be July!

You should see the financials at the end of June, beginning of July. And maybe there will be some PRs concerning this in May.

While new jails are a GREAT sign that the company is moving forward, new jails won't help much with the pps UNTIL the financials are released...face the facts, people in this stock understand the potential BUT the people we need to buy into this WANTS to know MORE...like how much does it cost to make a machine, to maintain a machine, the salaries of the employees, etc, etc.

Also, there is the question of what the new company had to absorb when it took over.

Here is part of a letter that Frank Hofmeister wrote to a friend of mine...

Over the past year-and-a-half or so, CPSI has been concentrating on 'cleaning-up' a number of financial statement and balance sheet issues that the company inherited when it went through the reverse merger with an existing company back in May 2008. The company is working to solving these issues with a lot of hard work in growing the business and the help of financial advisors, and anticipate starting the auditing process, which in itself is very involved and expensive and time consuming. Once we have audited financials, CPSI can post to the public, meeting all of the SEC compliance requirements...

And while that should make you happy, I will ask you to do one thing (I already have), contact someone in the SEC and ask this question: [i[Does the SEC have any rules which would restrict a company from disclosing their financial situation, such as bring their SEC financial reports "up-to-date," or to show how profitable a company is becoming?

When you get that answer...please post it.

Thanks
