Class action lawsuit? To gain control over all neomedia operations, and booting YA out of the inner circle? There's no way that having a YA manager with an office in Neomedia headquarters is ethical, and it can't be legal in my opinion. Just like giving YA Global temporary voting rights to knock out every other shareholder in the company.

How much is YA Global worth to date - it would look much better in our pocket. Then, slap on some criminal suits against all of them, after we've won the class action.
