TTEG - News out...

Watershed Event for Turbine Truck Engines, Inc.

2010-03-02 08:00 ET - News Release

DELAND, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/02/10

Turbine Truck Engines, Inc. ("TTE") (OTCBB: TTEG) -- In November 2009, TTE engaged the Gas Turbine Laboratory (GTL), a research arm of internationally renowned Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, to test TTE's Detonation Cycle Gas Turbine (DCGT) engine and determine its viability as a power generating device. The company has recently received the results of those tests and is pleased to announce the GTL's finding that the engine is capable of producing "considerable power." This finding provides third party verification of TTE's long-held belief that the engine has the potential to be a breakthrough technology in the transportation and power generation sectors for the next 30-40 years.

TTE's President and CEO, Michael Rouse, commented, "This is a watershed event for the company. Since our inception, we have worked with limited resources to diligently manage the development process in a way that would produce maximum value when the engine's potential was verified. We have done that and I am proud of the efforts of every person who has been a part of the process."

During the last eighteen months, Mr. Rouse has initiated and developed significant business relationships in China where interest in the technology is keen. Mr. Rouse anticipates returning to China in March to solidify this interest and commitments to rapid development and deployment of the technology.
