And here's what one of the promoters said in their last recent pump on the eve (6:30pm) of the 23rd.
Hmmm, notice the timing of the pump and the drop the next trading day...even though they said the selling was done. The bounce was hard all right....

"PGCX, PSC has been in this one for a while, The next bounce higher will be strong and hard, We are looking for a triple"

"PGCX is on bounce alert. We met with consultants to PGCX in Miami today. They have brought together a few large groups who are going to start working on the market awareness of PGCX. PSC is part of this group. The fireworks should start in the next few days.

The pick closed @ .205 and is up 36.67% since the low of .15 a few days ago. The selling is done and any strong news will make this explode."
