if you were dean and had a buyback going on you would not want the pps to rocket. after all, he is trying to build a conglomerate not a quick run up. overall growth is his main goal imo. but don't get me wrong, i want the ball to start rolling now. i haven't seen the pps where is should be, but as of right now it is worth .015 because we have yet to receive confirmation about anything. I believe he is suppose to take that mineseeker option by feb's end right?
