Two Form 4s filed today, about 15k sold by the CEO and COO ... guess that's where the selling pressure came from the last few days.
Dont think it's a concern, as you'll see this was only about a 10% reduction for each ... also realize we're close to the 52-week high, so these guys are just being cautious imo.
