The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments Monday from an attorney for a former Enron chief executive seeking to overturn his 24-year conviction on securities fraud and other charges.

"Skilling cannot get out on an early release". He can reduce his sentence by 1-1/2 if he completes his program for alcohol abuse, and good behavior. He hasn't done much of this time as is. If he gets out on some technicality they may as well open up the prison doors ("not") an release them all, including Kozloski, and Madoff, they all belong to the same club.
