True, but can they buy 36M through Addax, and another 36M through another entity, etc?

I don't think Sinopec is the source of this. With sustained buying of a million shares each day it would take them over a month to reach the limit, and I don't think there are 36M shares for sale unless they ran it to multi-dollars. Saving $20M on a multi-billion dollar deal isn't worth the headache, IMO.
