All I'm saying is that I'm not convinced that SPNG can 8-k or PR a precise updated share count without being current on their 10Q and 10K filings



You should be convinced, because they can. They just refuse to do it because they view their shareholders as little more than marks in a con game or they would not have lied as much as they have. .

It is easy enough to verify. Phone the SEC. They well tell you that nothing is stopping SPNG from disclosing this all important material information.
