The La Jolla deal looks very bad to me. I sold my shares until this issue is resolved. Even if DNAP has the hottest technology on the planet, it won't be going anywhere with the potential for La Jolla to control the price and undercut Dutchess. My personal opinion for what it is worth is that the financing looks like a house of cards. If future drug royalties and a cash buyout provision were in the picture instead of stock dilution, I would feel better.
I'll probably be going to Federal court on my large percentage of ownership having been diluted in two other companies. This should tell you how strongly I feel about stock dilution. My attorneys are preparing the cases.
