They could file an 8K at anytime disclosing the O/S. There is no impediment to disclosing their O/S except their own obstinate greed.

They selected a transfer agent that doesn't disclose for the express purpose of keeping it a secret. At the time they changed T/As they were printing stock like crazed lunatics. The T/A they are using now specializes in shuffling paper for pink sheet scams.
