He answered every question I had,

So I'm not sure why he couldn't answer your questions.

I asked about shipping rates, service upgrades how fast I could get upgrades that I order online.

He is also going to call me back for a confirmed date of availability for the PVR box (359.00) which is the one I really want.

But I may order the 259 box and give it to my family when the PVR become available.

So, I don't know why your questions weren't answered, but all of mine were.
