it has to be the number of shares left with the company..10 bil authorized minus the 1.4 bil float = 8.6 bill in the companies hands, not trading shares...how could they rerelease, just last week, their quaterly 09 statement, with info confirming 1.4 bil out with 900mil trading and then dump 8 billion in a week??? something dosent jive here. it has to be 8.6 bill the company has available to issue imo
