Speaking of IQ's, how smart is it to fund a company one doesn't own at least a majority stake in either before or after the funding? Do you think Brian is that stupid? If you do, why would you even think of owning shares?

To obtain the funding is was necessary to dilute himself and his shareholders at least twice over and severely lower his net worth. Yeah, he'd have to be pretty stupid to do that.
