Thanks for your reply. it is not for beating you up or anything it is purely for trying to figure out your motives. and I think that somebody with your knowlegde wouldn't come back to this board to repeat the message.

You are familiar with bankrupcy cases..that is one thing that is for sure. When I look at your arguments on the subject of the EC committee I realy beginning to think you have a second agenda. You are speculating to try and get information. And what do you mean: the EC request is too late. They suddenly planned to sell the joint while they first said they were going to re-organize. In fact, on their champions-restructure (whats in the name)website they still talk about the fact that shareholders have to wait for the reorganisation plan before they ll know what will happen with the shares. A non-starter??? for you mabye, because this seems to be a game for you but there are people here who initialy saw this as an investment. No counsel? wouldnt you first want to know if there is a EC committee before getting counsel?? I think there is enough at stake here for the shareholders to have an EC committee appointed.

the fact that you entered this board after the initiative of the EC makes your acting here very suspicious...that is my opinion but we are in the land of free speech so...welcome!!
