The most exasperating part for most of us is the inability for retail shareholders to reach management. Many of us are used to having quick and easy contact with microcap CEO's and CFO's. Even if I don't talk to them myself, I rest easier when trusted others can speak with them. One of the pluses of investing in small, growth companies, is generally the ease of accessibility to management. This management group has not been accessible and it has been endlessly frustrating as they raise the O/S and A/S. I understand they may be overwhelmed with investor queries, and may not have the resources to handle every call or email, in which case, a conference call allowing im or email questions might be a good format to communicate. The point is, there is enormous room for improvement in the communications department and ever shareholder should be in agreement on that. Hopefully, through constructive and continued shareholder communications we will get through to them. GLTA. Holding tight and buying when I can.
