Sorry I didn't realize eveyone else had already responded.

My personal view is that I've talked with Jim in the past and he seemed to be a straight up shooter! He doesn't sound like the kind of person who would just dilute the stock unless either he has to or he has a good opportunity.

He doesn't seem to play the BB games and will stick by what he feels is right.
