Just a reminder: don't invest monies you need in the near future and/or if you feel that such monies would be better of in "green stocks".
Just sock away however many shares of this dormant Vesuvius you can afford to and periodically check up on it. Then when the news you want comes, either buy more at a higher price, or just sit tight. Patience does pay off.
